Each January, we are anxious to hear from you on how we did. Were the quality of the photographs what you expected? Was the turnaround on edited images and web gallerys fast enough? Are you interested in new products and services? (Like wall art, books, albums and premium framing)? Now is when we need to hear from you. Most of our new products and services are created as a result of your feedback. We have a simple philosophy! Keeping you happy is what keeps you coming back to us!

What we deliver to our clients is so unique. Our product is not just a photograph, an album, or amazing wall art. Our product delivers memories - something that will not only withstand the test of time but will be cherished even more with each passing year. When my father passed, I realized I never saw him photographed as a child. My youngest image of him was his and my mother’s photograph on their wedding day. I will always wonder how he looked as a boy. And it was only after my mother’s passing that I first saw her high school senior portrait. In it I saw a welcoming smile telling the world she was ready to discover it. Most of us have stories like this. Unfortunately, the importance of photographs is not appreciated until something happens like the loss of a loved one. They are oftentimes the only link to our past. So how do we emphasize to our clients, especially the younger generation, the importance of creating hard copies of their valuable images to display or at least store in a safe place? (Hard drives will crash and fail).

As we look towards 2020, our 30th year of photographing with you, we want to insure you that the new year will be every bit as exciting. Our service/quality goals will never be compromised. Introduction of new products will continue throughout the year as it has been in the past. We will be here listening to your reviews and responding to your needs.
